Rules and Regulations of the Tournament

The competition will be conducted in accordance with the laws in force FUTSAL as required by FIFA and the Football Association of Malaysia ( FAM ) .

 The occurrence of an unexpected and not stated in the regulations will be decided as follows : o All incidents - non-technical matters will be decided based on FAM TOURNAMENT RULES .

 Any technical dispute will be decided by the Technostars-UKMGSB based on the regulations Football Association of Malaysia (FAM ) and the Laws of the Game of Football Federation of International Football Association ( FIFA ) and the decision is final .

15 mins game. 7 mins one half then 1 mins break in between.

Boots are not allowed. Proper sportswear is required.

Once registered, the player cannot be changed. Any changes need Technostars-UKMGSB approval.

If team does not show up in 5 minutes then consider lose the game with 3-0.

Apart from the above , the organizer is RIGHT TO ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS AMENDING , in line with the organization of the tournament.
